At TPC Packaging Solutions, our extensive product inventory allows us to meet the needs of diverse industries nationwide. Our selection of tapes and sealants includes:
Carton Sealing Tape
Carton sealing tape comes in several lengths, thicknesses, and widths, as well as with varying adhesive systems. The film carrier for this kind of tape can be PVC, polypropylene, or paper, and they are available in clear, tan or color varieties. These tapes are typically used for packing and sealing boxes.
Double Coated Tape
Double coated tape is used in applications such as carpet installation, laminating, fastening, and mounting. It works well in both high and low-temperature environments and is an efficient way to replace metal fasteners. TPC Packaging Solutions carries double coated tape in a wide selection of film types.
Duct Tape & Cloth Duct Tape
Duct tapes are available in various grades, colors, and finishes. It is commonly used for applications such as waterproofing, packaging, patching, restoration and remediation (i.e. holding/taping polysheeting on surfaces such as concrete), and more. Cloth duct tape is a strong, moisture-resistant reinforced tape that can be used in many demanding conditions.
Foam tapes are available in varying densities with adhesives ranging from removable to permanent. They are commonly used in applications including mounting, gasketing, cushioning, weather stripping and waterproofing. TPC Packaging Solutions provides a large selection of single coated and double coated foam tapes, including die-cut pieces and extreme bond tapes.
Foil insulation tape provides a heat shield and heat protection that make it an excellent sealant for building expansion joints. It can also create a watertight seal to keep out sound, air, vapor, and moisture. There are several types of insulation tape, including white metalized polyester, aluminum foil, foil skrim kraft, and more.
Masking tapes come in a variety of adhesives and can be made from crepe paper. There are several types, each suited for applications ranging from general-purpose to more specialized and demanding uses. Masking tape applications include color coding, painting, pipe masking prior to welding, light blocking, high temperature masking, and more.
Polyethylene Film Tape (PE Tape)
PE tapes create a seam, seal, or vapor barrier and can also be used to hold plastic sheeting in place. They provide aggressive adhesion with low residue and are resistant to water and humidity. PE tapes are used in applications ranging from temporary surface protection to nuclear power plants, and more. These tapes are also used in outdoor application for masking such as stucco application and outdoor concrete.
Available in reinforced filament tapes as well as tensilized polypropylene tapes, some strapping tapes offer clean removal and come in a variety of different grades. Strapping tapes are frequently used to bundle packages before shipping, in L-clip applications, and more.
Made from either polypropylene, PVC, paper or water activated tape, these tapes come in a wide variety of colors to match your company’s packaging or logo. When printed with your branding, these tapes are a simple way of increasing brand awareness and marketing your company. Printed tapes are typically used to close packages, but they can also be used for other purposes, such as color coding, tamper evidence and pilferage prevention.
Vinyl tapes are particularly tough and long-lasting, able to resist wear, weathering, and abrasion well. They are typically made with a rubber adhesive that sticks on contact, removes without residue, and can outlast paint. Vinyl tapes are commonly used to mark lanes in warehouses, indicate safety hazards, or provide color coding in factories, among other applications.
